Our affiliate program is a partnership between C Woodcock & Co and the brands identified as affiliates. I choose my partners carefully. Each brand represents the highest quality goods and services in our field. I have worked with each vendor as a customer and/or vendor for many years and can attest to their ethical standards and high level of customer service.
How the process works
By clicking an affiliate link, the shopper proceeds to the affiliate partner website. Any purchase then made is a transaction between the buyer and the seller's site. All affiliate transactions are made on the vendor's site and fully managed through the vendor's service platform.
Beyond providing the link, C Woodcock & Co has no direct connection to the product or service listed.
C Woodcock & Co is not responsible for the representation of the product or service on the vendor's site, delivery of the product or service from the vendor, the processing of returns, the posting of refunds, or any other service related to the sale of the item on the vendor's site.
In case of a problem
If a problem with a vendor arrises, C Woodcock & Co will work with the vendor on the behalf of the customer to help resolve the issue, however C Woodcock & Co makes no guarantee of resolution beyond what is specified by the vendor based on the terms of service detailed on their website.
C Woodcock & Co is not liable for any loss or damage related to purchases made from an affiliate vendor.
