2. Orders & Contract Formation

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods from us.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion.
A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in USD and include/exclude applicable taxes as stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before your order is accepted.
Payment must be made at the time of order using accepted methods shown at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver world wide. Shipments outside the USA must cover all additional shipping and customs charges.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible goods within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Returns must arrive to our Nashville, TN within 30 days of customer receiving the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive your return.

Return and Refund Policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All C Woodcock & Co labeled goods can be refunded if returned within 30 days of arrival.
All refunds and exchanges for products purchased through any of our affiliate vendors must be settled directly with the vendor. C Woodcock accepts no responsibility or liability for items purchased via our affiliate program.
All returned items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
All C Woodcock & Co labeled goods can be exchanged for full credit, with any balance refunded.
All refunds will be issued through the purchasers original form of payment. No alternative methods will be processed.
